So, what is the big take away from this? Sales prices have gone up more than originally projected for 2017. We had anticipated around a 5-6% increase and we ended at over 8%. Our inventory remains low, which is inhibiting overall sales. This is a good time to sell your home if you’re considering a move. With inventory low and prices on the rise, this is a good time to list your home.
